Important Notice
1. We do not offer compensation for phone damage that occurred during use.
2. Applying excessive force to the product may damage the product or device.
3. Please do not twist or bend the main body strongly or it may damage the magnet inside the product.
4. If used with a phone case, please make sure to use MagSafe case or M-Plate.
5. Wearing MagSafe case makes it safer to use the product than not wearing a case.
6. The product may leave magnetic scratches on MagSafe case after a certain period of use.
7. Due to the strong magnet, pulling the silicone pad to remove the product may damage the product or hurt the user. Please detach it by holding the bottom and turning it to the side.
8. You must use a phone case to use the tag holder, and here is the list of incompatible phone cases :
a. Prefabricated case (Magnetic case)
b. Phone case with no charging terminal on the bottom (flip case, bumper case, and waterproof case)
c. Phone case with the bottom completely open
d. Phone case with damaged charging terminal on the bottom
9. The product may be deformed if exposed to high temperatures above 55 degrees, such as in a sauna and inside the vehicle on a summer day.
10. The product can store up to 3 cards.
11. The tag holder will be sent unassembled.
